M&E Engineer (Fresh Graduate) | Railway Project

Key Responsibilities:

-Take over awarded projects from tender/sales team and drive full project execution lifecycle.

-Develop detailed project plans, including scope of work, schedules, submission timelines, and material lead times.

-Prepare and manage document and material submissions, ensuring timely approvals from customers.

-Review and coordinate engineering drawings and technical documentation.

-Plan procurement by raising purchase requisitions and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

-Coordinate site activities with internal teams (e.g., Superintendent, Construction Manager) covering installation, testing, and commissioning.

-Track project progress, maintain schedules, and prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

-Manage client communications, including meetings, reporting, and expectation management.
