M&E Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

a. Technical Review - Review architectural, consultants', and all specialists' drawings, layouts, and specifications. Ensure all M&E designs meet contractual requirements and comply with relevant local authority standards (BCA, PUB, SCDF, etc.).

b. Design Coordination - Manage and integrate all M&E design works with architectural, structural, and other disciplines. Resolve design discrepancies with consultants and subcontractors to achieve a fully coordinated and buildable design. Ensure timely issuance of design and shop drawings in line with the project schedule and construction sequence.

c. Technical Support and Problem Solving - Provide technical support to the site team and resolve M&E design issues during construction. Ensure all installations comply with approved designs and statutory requirements.
