Responsibilities
- Coordinate M&E works and services for building construction projects (Building Projects)
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for Electrical works
- Report on Electrical works progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk‑of‑works.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, striving for a zero‑accident work environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E Contracting industry
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
