WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Syndications group at City National Bank resides within the Capital Markets division and focuses on lead-agented, active book runner roles. The Managing Director role is responsible for leading the origination, structuring, execution, and distribution of syndicated loan transactions across middle market and corporate banking clients. The Managing Director partners closely with relationship managers, credit, and product specialists to deliver comprehensive financing solutions while expanding the bank's syndicated lending platform.This individual serves as a senior advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, providing leadership on transaction strategy, capital structure, pricing, lender marketing, and market intelligence.
