Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Matron in the overall administration and management of the Nursing Department.
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection control practices, and statutory guidelines.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift allocations, and leave schedules of nursing personnel.
- Monitor patient care standards and address patient concerns related to nursing services.
- Coordinate with consultants, medical officers, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist in recruitment, orientation, induction, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
