JOB SUMMARY
The
Planning SME
is responsible for driving standard work, process optimization, and continuous improvement across planning processes, systems, and talent development within OSS (One Shared Services) and site operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as Site Subject Matter Expert in
Planning processes
(Production Planning, Demand Planning, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, etc.)
Act as SME for
planning systems and tools
(e.g., SAP, planning trackers, scheduling tools)
Drive
standardization and best practices
across planning activities within OSS and supported sites
Coach, mentor, and train planning teams to strengthen capabilities and create a continuous learning environment
Monitor key
planning KPIs
(schedule adherence, demand vs supply alignment, execution readiness, etc.)
Support execution teams by ensuring
material readiness and schedule feasibility
