Materials Manager

We are seeking an experienced Materials Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory, logistics, and order administration. This role supports the Sales Department by coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure materials move efficiently from purchase through final delivery.

The Materials Manager will directly supervise a small warehouse team of employees responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and other material handling activities. This role focuses on establishing priorities, developing efficient processes, and ensuring the team has the resources and direction needed to execute daily operations successfully.

The Materials Manager will be responsible for creating and managing sales orders, purchase orders, packing slips, inventory transactions, and related documentation that supports daily operations.
