Materials & Logistics Specialist - Senior

Establish, manage and maintain the warehousing/materials control operation at the designated warehouse/work site/client facility.
- Coordinate the efficient operation of and continuously monitor the efficiency and performance of the warehouse operations, including the utilisation of labour.
- Coach and monitor staff in operating processes/procedures and safe working practices including but not limited to new staff inductions and daily toolbox talks.
- Management of the allocation, control, issue and marshalling of materials between different work locations and supplier and the coordination of carriers in accordance with project requirements and schedule/vessel sailings.
- Production of shipping documents for all materials movements.
- Timely updating of procurement system with goods receipts / manifests / shipping documentation.
