Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a MATERIALS EXAMINER AND IDENTIFIER (Hazmat), Position Description Number D1908000 and is part of the USPFO - GA, National Guard in Fort Stewart, Georgia. This is a full-time, Excepted Permanent, dual status position which requires Georgia Army National Guard Membership. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Open to current members of the Georgia Army National Guard. Responsibilities As a MATERIALS EXAMINER AND IDENTIFIER (Hazmat), WG-6912-07, your responsibilities will be: Identifies, receives, sorts, counts, classifies and handles hazardous materials in the USPFO storage areas. Performs pre-receipt examination of property on site at the generation point and assures that the turn-in and shipping is in order, that the containers meet standards are placarded and marked properly.
