Material Supervisor - Night Shift (Nisku)

What you will do

Supporting our Data Center Solutions (DCS)/Silent-Aire group, you will oversee a team of inventory, picking, tool crib, handlers, and shipping/receiving. You will be responsible for managing the team that fulfills production orders, receives and ships material, and transacts in the ERP system.

How you will do it

• Perform regular data analysis to predict potential inventory issues and develop mitigation strategies while fostering outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills to address inventory-related challenges efficiently.
• Manage employee scheduling, including shifts, breaks, and vacations, to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor and review employee performance, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Hire and train new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
