Responsibilities

• Set up coverage report retrieval for all impacted suppliers and plants.
• Arbitrate priorities of plants’ needs.
• Ensure the correct documentation is available for suppliers and plants (inbound deliveries, manifests).
• Ensure that urgent shipments are triggered, selected and delivered on time.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
• Communicate additional costs due to disturbances to the Service quality and performance team.
• Daily monitoring of suppliers in crisis through meetings, action plans and arbitration.
• Coordinate and execute urgent procurement/shipments, including arranging transportation and tracking shipments.
• Initiate premium freight and launch the bid for premium freight on stakeholder requests.
