+ Pick and prepare materials based on production and back-order requirements.
+ Receive and manage assigned back-order lists, ensuring all required parts are pulled and staged for the remainder of the week.
+ Use RF scanners to accurately locate, pull, and transact inventory.
+ Perform cycle counts upon completion of assigned material-pulling activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
+ Utilize ERP software to review inventory status, track material locations, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
+ Pull reports and picking lists from handheld scanning devices and warehouse systems.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies.
+ Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple production lines as needed.
