Responsibilities
The Material Handler 3 supports the Distribution Center in Shipping, Receiving, Packaging or Returns.
Work with Customer Service Representatives and Product Management on resolving issues in Shipping, Receiving and Production. Inspect, sort, store and perform data entry for all returned goods and all core, inbound part/unit, and non-compliant shipments according to established ISO procedures. Bill credits for returned goods that meet ISO Claims Policy. Bill orders and send ASN’s according to customer requests. Pick and pack assigned parts according to shop order pick tags and customer order notes. Support further shop order activity by opening orders, issuing (single, multiple and miscellaneous) orders and returning excess parts to stock. Transfer stock physically and electronically as needed.
