MATERIAL EXAMINER AND IDENTIFIER

Summary You will serve as a MATERIALS EXAMINER AND IDENTIFIER in the Environmental Affairs Branch of the Installations Support Division at the MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. Responsibilities You will perform a variety of collection, receiving, sorting, dismantling, loading, transport types of solid waste, and recyclables of material. You will operate one or more motor vehicles including platform trucks, van trucks, pick-up trucks, and stake trucks to aid in loading and unloading the processing of scrap and refuse material. You will recycle and/or dispose of all wastes in accordance with environmental laws, regulations, directives, and order for compliance. You will complete paper work, such as, mileage reports, weight tickets, trip tickets, preventative maintenance sheets, accident reports, and equipment process weight logs.
