Vacancy Description
You'll be working for a leading, independent aircraft
maintenance organization in the Maastricht region. You'll be
working right alongside the aircraft, as part of an international
team with short lines of communication. It's a full-time
position.
As Material Coordinator, you're the entry-level role
within the purchasing team. You support the buyers in tracking down
and ordering parts for aircraft maintenance, learning the trade
step by step.
You start with the more
straightforward tasks: placing orders, tracking delivery status,
and making sure administration and systems are accurate. As you
gain experience, you'll take on more responsibility and start
actively tracking down parts that aren't directly in stock
yourself.
You work closely with the senior buyers
and buyers in the team, as well as with the mechanics on the shop
floor.
