• Higher secondary or equivalent education
• Formal or extensive professional experience in costume tailoring for both male and female garments
• Minimum of 5 years of master‑level tailoring experience with costumes and managing a team of tailors
• 12+ years of professional sewing and tailoring experience
• Master‑level costume tailoring skills for both female and male costumes, including advanced hand and machine sewing
• Expert fabric draping, cutting, fitting, and pattern making skills
• Ability to lead and review complex costume builds from concept through execution
• Proficient in operating industrial and domestic sewing machines and industrial serger machines
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
