Master Planning Scheduling Lead (Ciudad Apodaca)

Job Summary
The MPS (Master Production Schedule) Lead is responsible for creating the Supply Plan based on the Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP) and actual customer backlog.
This role serves as the primary point of contact and liaison among Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience (CX) departments.The Supply Plan developed by the MPS Lead provides a comprehensive view of current and projected customer demand, enabling the organization to optimize resources—both materials and capacity—to meet customer requirements and align with strategic business objectives.
This plan also supports the achievement of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Supply Plan.As the driver for all downstream activities, the Supply Plan informs detailed material procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning.The MPS Lead collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and CX teams, acting as the main liaison.
