Job Summary

The Master Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to meet operational and financial objectives. This role will optimize inventory levels and support efficient manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and maintain a rolling 12‑18 month master production schedule (MPS) for assigned product lines, incorporating customer forecasts, sales orders, and inventory targets.
• Analyze demand patterns, sales trends, and forecast accuracy to refine the MPS and identify potential supply chain risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to reconcile demand and supply, proactively addressing constraints and developing mitigation plans.
