Master Craftsman Sheet Metal Technician

+ Must be self-starter, detail-oriented and organized


+ Must be able to accept and follow directions

+ Working knowledge of general manufacturing/fabrication processes

+ Manufacture, assemble, install and re-work various aircraft structural components unsupervised

+ Familiar with the installation of various aerospace fasteners, rivets, nut plates etc.​

+ Ability to interpret technical manuals, specifications, blueprints and engineering drawings

+ Maintain shop supplies and perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment

+ Operate complicated shop tools and equipment as trained and assigned

+ Use of precision measuring devices such as calipers, height, depth, dial, and screw pitch gauges

+ Perform inventory control using logging, tagging, and organizing procedures

+ Maintain tool control and accountability

+ Adhere to company policies and safety programs
