- Maintain strict compliance with international rules, company procedures, and vetting requirements
- Lead onboard safety culture, drills, and emergency response
- Oversee documentation, reports, and communication with office and authorities
- Manage crew performance, discipline, and training
- **Requirements**:
- Valid Master (Unlimited) CoC
- Recent experience as Master or Chief Officer on oil/chemical tankers
- Strong knowledge of tanker operations, ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and vetting
