Responsibilities
- Manage mass tort cases and maintain strong client relationships through regular phone interviews and updates.
- Order, review, and summarize medical records to prepare factual responses to discovery.
- Draft and file legal documents including complaints, discovery responses, and other pleadings.
- Manage case workflows within the electronic case management system and assist with the intake system.
- Document all communications and events accurately and submit invoices according to firm policy.
- Provide general assistance to attorneys and senior paralegals.
- Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of mass tort or personal injury paralegal experience.
- Proven experience drafting and filing complaints and other pleadings.
- Ability to review and summarize medical information with minimal supervision.
