London Drugs is looking for a MarTech Specialist to support day-to-day execution across our marketing technology platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on CRM, CMS, automation, and owned digital channels, helping Marketing deliver seamless, data-driven customer experiences. If you enjoy building and supporting digital marketing experiences using technology and data, this role offers a chance to make a direct impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and support campaigns across CRM, CMS, and owned channels (email, website, app, SMS, digital signage)
- Build, QA, and troubleshoot automated customer journeys, templates, and digital assets
- Write and maintain code for marketing assets (HTML, CSS; some JavaScript/JSON)
