Compensation: $190,000-$205,000 per annum
Summary: Miller Waste Systems is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations – ICI to lead and oversee the performance of our Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, service reliability, and continuous improvement across front-end, roll-off services along with transfer station operations.
