Marketplace Growth & Partnerships Lead

Takealot Group in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive marketplace growth and partner acquisition. You will identify high-potential sellers, build robust pipelines and collaborate with Brand, Category and Sales teams to deliver on targets.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel within South Africa monthly. You will report to the Sales & Account Manager Team Lead and shape our seller ecosystem.
