Our client is seeking a Market place Fullfillment Supervisor for their family firm based in Dartford.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Marketplace Fulfilment team, coordinate workloads, and support the day-to-day performance of the team.
2. Act as the Factory Manager's right-hand person, helping coordinate warehouse activities and maintain high operational standards.
3. Take ownership of the complete marketplace fulfilment process, ensuring every order is picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately and on time.
