Marketing & Tenders Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, customer segments, threats, and competitive positioning; summarize findings into clear recommendations and briefs.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support campaign planning and execution.
• Conduct Market Assessment initiatives, including market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), PESTEL, SWOT, and analysis of market dynamics to guide portfolio and campaign decisions.
• Support Product Demonstrations: Participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities to demonstrate product use and benefits.
• Prepare and maintain customer-facing commercial proposal packages, including product positioning, value propositions, and required documentation aligned to customer requirements and internal policies.
