Responsibilities

• Initiate projects and activities that support marketing strategies and objectives
• Execution & monitoring of marketing activities
• Event & project management
• Email marketing, content creation, and database management
• Social media content creation and community management
• Customer study and segmentation
• Customer database management and communication
• Competitor study

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, content creation, or events
• Has a collaborative leadership style that motivates people and keeps projects moving
• Great communicator - written, verbal, visual
• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva)
