Marketing Specialist / Coordinator

Overview

As our Marketing Specialist / Coordinator, you will support the marketing department’s strategies and initiatives while working closely with the Director of Marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone to bring their experience, high energy, and organizational skills to help drive and expand our work.

This is an on-site position requiring collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

A large part of the role is coordinating cross-functional team efforts, assisting our sales teams by researching events and industry opportunities, managing in-person and online events, distributing sales and marketing materials, and processing invoices.
