Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management & Content Creation Platform Operations:
- Manage and grow the company's presence across key platforms in Singapore, specifically Xiaohongshu (Red), Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Content Production: Photograph and film completed renovation projects, showroom setups, and material samples. Create engaging visual content (reels, carousels, before/after transformations).
- Copywriting: Write compelling, localized captions in both English and Mandarin to appeal to Singaporean homeowners (BTO/Resale HDB, Condos, and Landed properties).
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and inquiries promptly to convert followers into leads.
- Market Research & Data Analysis:
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' pricing, promotional strategies, and custom‑furniture trends in Singapore.
