Marketing & Sales Manager

The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, increase direct bookings, and drive occupancy growth across luxury hospitality properties. This is a remote role suited to a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of tourism, hospitality, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will be based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town and must be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
