Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Bachelors Degree - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ year of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience - Speak, write and read fluently in English
- Develop and drive the end-to-end Marketing Strategy to attract and engage LatAm Sellers.
- Drive domestic Sellers penetration.
- Plan and execute Marketing Campaigns to build awareness and excitement in LatAm to increase Seller recruitment in direct and indirect channels.
- Identify target customers (Domestic Sellers and External audiences).
