Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to build brands, launch new products, and drive market share growth in Cameroon. The candidate must have deep knowledge of the FMCG and distribution  as well as the local Cameroonian market.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement brand strategies to build and strengthen  brand portfolio in Cameroon

Lead the end-to-end launch of new products, from concept to market introduction
Define brand positioning, identity, and messaging for all products
Monitor brand health and equity, implementing corrective actions as needed
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives
