Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with Louzan Group’s overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Manage the annual marketing calendar including campaigns product launches and promotional activities.
2. Brand Management
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Manage the brand positioning of Louzan and its sub-brands in the market.
• Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create compelling brand content.
3. Digital Marketing
• Oversee the company’s digital presence including website SEO social media email marketing and paid advertising.
• Analyse digital performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (traffic engagement conversions).
