Overview

Paragon is supporting an international Oil & Gas company in the search for a Marketing Lead position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Lead is responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s hydrocarbon equity through effective market-driven sales and export operations. This role manages the full commercial lifecycle of crude oil marketing from identifying optimal sales opportunities and negotiating favourable agreements to coordinating export logistics and pricing strategy, ensuring steady revenue generation while preventing production curtailment through proactive scheduling and stock management.
