Job Title: Marketing Lead, Middle East & Africa
Location: AE
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead 18-month rolling forecast outlook inline category ambitions and market dynamics
- Drive portfolio strategy, ensuring the right product positioning and competitive pricing to drive profitable business growth
- Localize global strategies based on deep consumer insights derived from market and data analytics
- Own and manage marketing budgets to ensure achievement of strategic business and marketing goals
- Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing strategies working in close collaboration with Media, E-Commerce and Shopper marketing teams, to build a strong brand funnel from awareness to conversion
- Represent the business in front of the business customer i.e. distributors, retailers building and executing sales plans together with Sales team
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team of Marketing Managers
