Marketing & Growth Lead — Arctic Travel, Events and Productions

Ivalo or hybrid preferred; remote possible within Finland or the EU.

Salary: €3,800–4,800/month gross, depending on experience. Accommodation in Ivalo can be arranged for someone working locally full‑time and for hybrid employees during agreed on‑site periods.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on marketer to drive marketing and growth across Xwander Group.

You will set the direction, make the work happen and use commercial data to decide what happens next. This is for someone comfortable making decisions, shipping work quickly, testing it in the real world and continuously improving it.
