Marketing Executive/Manager

Overview

One of GrowthOps’ clients is looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Marketing Executive / Manager to support a 5-month marketing transformation engagement across their business. This role will help modernise how the business goes to market, improve integrated planning, and strengthen campaign effectiveness across multiple customer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and business teams to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and stronger integrated marketing execution. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving problems, and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on coordination and execution. The role follows a hybrid working model, with a mix of work‑from‑home and on‑site days at the client’s office. The client name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.
