Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving online customer engagement through content creation and active management of social media platforms. This role will also actively lead partnerships with external businesses to drive new customer growth.

• 1. Enhanced online customer engagement and content creation
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu), including content scheduling, community engagement, and timely responses to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback
  • Plan, create, and manage digital content for marketing campaigns, including photo and video production, editing
  • Design and produce marketing collaterals such as promotional posters, treatment visuals, brochures, and social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and relevant advertising guidelines
