ABOUT GREYSTAR

The Marketing Executive supports our Greystar multifamily portfolio and brands, such as Be Casa Essential or Nera Living, representing the Marketing team by taking the lead on all marketing deliverables for assigned developments. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy and execution of tactical marketing plans in order to drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, customer retention, occupancy and leads that in turn achieve optimum leasing and financial performance in line with the company’s business development plans.
