General Accountability
The Marketing Coordinator, Meetings, and Events will provide administrative and logistical support for conferences, meetings, and event initiatives. This is a 6‑month contract position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist with logistics such as travel coordination, shipping materials, meeting schedules, and on‑site event support.
- Maintain records related to consultant and speaker activities, reimbursements, and event documentation.
- Process invoices, maintain expense records, and provide administrative support for budget tracking.
- Support the development of event‑related marketing materials and communications.
- Work with internal teams to support event preparation and communications.
- Organize and maintain contact databases including attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.
