Marketing & Communication Manager

Dils is a leading real estate group in Italy, with a strong track record in the commercial segment (offices, retail, tertiary assets, and investment) and an established presence across the country’s key markets.

In Spain, the group already operates in the premium residential market through Dils Lucas Fox. Now, with the launch of Dils Spa in Spain, the company is expanding into the commercial real estate segment in the Spanish market, replicating the business model it has already successfully consolidated in Italy.

The selected candidate will be the second member of the department and will take on a highly executive, versatile role with significant autonomy. They will be supported by the Dils Lucas Fox marketing team (10 professionals), external resources, and the Italy-based team, although they will not have direct reports at the initial stage.
