Marketing Automation Developer (Xico)

Overview 10 Pearls is seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, data extensions, and automation, along with a deep understanding of customer journeys and marketing automation strategies.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build and customize Email Templates, Cloud Pages, Journeys, and Automations.
Write and troubleshoot AMPscript and Server-Side Java Script (SSJS) code.
Design and implement data models using Data Extensions, Lists, and APIs.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party platforms via REST and SOAP APIs.
Develop and optimize Journey Builder workflows, Automation Studio processes, and Triggered Sends.
