AuroraFood is a wellness-inspired food tech company founded by three food scientists from the National University of Singapore (NUS). We believe that everyone has the right to enjoy any sweets they like without feeling guilty or worried about their health.
Since April 2023, we launched our B2C brand named YU (屿) Cookies, a specialty cookie brand dedicated to crafting sugar-conscious cookies with sustainable packaging and innovative food technology. Our name, “YU (屿)” is derived from the Chinese word for“island”, which represents our origin – Singapore. We are passionate about creating a blissful experience for everyone through our
delectable cookie series.
