Vacancy Description
The Market Surveillance Manager manages the global operation of the Market Surveillance Department. Develops and implements procedures to ensure the appropriate investigation of product incident reports and the resolution of complaints about the safety and integrity of UL product certifications. Ensures that corrective actions are implemented to reduce the probability of reoccurrence of identified safety issues.
+ Develops industry/discipline specific strategic plans, goals, and budgets for the department.
+ Develops and implements processes and procedures to investigate reports where the non-compliance or failure of UL certified products is alleged.
