Chris-Craft, a leader in luxury boat manufacturing, is seeking an experience Upholstery Sewer, for our Upholstery department, to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in our world-renowned boats. What You’ll Do:
You'll perform all aspects of sewing associated with production of various boat model types of cushions, v-berth beds, etc. May include pattern cutting.
Responsibilities:
+ Able to read and understand work instructions
+ Able to meet production deadlines and stay on task
+ Able to maintain sewing machine
+ Know how to change needle, bobbin and adjust machine tension, etc.
+ Learn all boat part names and how to read travelers
+ Learn all colors of vinyl and threads
+ Learn to sew flat pieces and comforters using double...
