Bachelor’s degree in business, marine, or engineering – background in Marine/ offshore sector

Experience

• Experience supporting marine or technical departments, including handling vessel documentation, class/statutory certificates, and compliance records (ISM, ISPS, MLC).
• Background in document control and data management, ensuring accurate filing, version control, and timely updates across projects and audits.
• Exposure to maintenance and operational tracking systems, assisting with PMS updates, reporting, and coordination between vessel and shore-based teams.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong organizational and documentation skills — able to maintain accurate technical records, vessel documentation, certificates, and compliance files.
