• Be the first point of contact with customers for logistics-related matters, including internal management of procurement, pricing, stock management, and related activities.

• Prior air freight operations experience with a 3PL business.
• Commercial acumen with a stint in customer service teams and in a client servicing role within freight forwarding.
• Experience handling time sensitive air freight operations in Oil & Gas, Mining, or shipping industries.
