Marine Manager

This role ensures full compliance with operational and safety standards set by terminals, charterers, clients, as well as applicable international and local regulations, and manages marine operations and safety management.

• Ensure full compliance with operational and safety standards set by terminals, charterers, clients, as well as applicable international and local regulations.
• Meet all requirements related to marine management, navigation audits, and inspection activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee audits and inspections conducted by recognised organisations (RO), including ISM, ISPS, and MLC.
• Handle the scheduling and management of CDI/SIRE inspections, including submissions through the CDI / OCIMF SIRE platform.
• Ensure shipboard personnel are competent in their duties and well‑versed in the Safety Management System through continuous monitoring, training, and feedback.
