Marine Fleet Operations & Solutions Lead

Caterpillar in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Customer Support representative for marine accounts. This role involves managing service agreements and coordinating with CAT dealers to ensure customer satisfaction. You will interpret fleet data and lead operational communications.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Engineering or Business, plus knowledge in customer service and relationship management.

Fluency in French and/or Portuguese is advantageous. This position requires on-site work five days a week.
