Responsibilities

• Interacts and engages with guests in an enthusiastic and professional manner, sharing information about marine life and aquarium theming.
• Maintains basic knowledge of marine animal species, aquarium systems, animal care, conservation threats, and actions.
• Delivers formal and informal conservation education programming and marine animal activities upon the operation’s needs to small or large groups.
• Actively approaches and interacts with guests within the Aquarium.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for guests and abides by correct animal welfare practices.
• Utilizes learning resources to learn and apply detailed knowledge of marine life and aquarium theming.
• Accepts constructive feedback on frequent trainings and assessments.
• Conducts research to assimilate and deliver presentations to enhance product knowledge and presentation skills.
